Can a creditor levy a checking account?

I pay all my bills in full-except one of my creditors (which is not a secure loan) since I lost my former job and my new job pays a lot less. I send this unsecured loan creditor 30/mth which is all I can afford and they are still harrassing me. Could they levy my checking account?
